Preparing for a webcast

To host a webcast of one of your events you need to make sure the following requirements are met:

• A dedicated high-speed internet line is installed in the room prior to the event  

• The minimum upload speed of the dedicated line should be 5mbps  

• Audio visual services are in place for the event. If not, we can help you arrange them  

• You have publicized the link in advance of the event
